What does OverhaulWorks do?
OverhaulWorks is a matching service. We match your request with a licensed local HVAC company from our network, and that company quotes and performs the work under its own state license.
Does it cost anything to get matched?
No. Getting matched is free, with no obligation to book. You only pay your pro for the work.
Who will come to my home?
A licensed, insured HVAC company from our network that serves your ZIP code. You’ll get its name and contact information by email, together with your Work Order.
How fast will I hear back?
Your matched pro calls you back fast to set up the appointment. Keep your phone handy after you submit the form.
What areas do you cover?
Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Collier, Lee, Hendry, Glades, Martin and Charlotte counties, from Stuart and Port Charlotte down to Key West. Enter your ZIP in the form and we’ll confirm coverage in seconds.
What information do I need to give?
The type of service, your ZIP code, name and mobile phone on the first step; then your email and service address. A photo of your unit or its label is optional but helps your pro.
Can I finance a new system or a big repair?
Our partners offer financing through several providers, with options that can include home improvement loans and lease-to-own programs. Every application is reviewed and decided by the provider; not everyone will qualify.
What about warranties?
Equipment warranties come from the manufacturer, and any workmanship warranty comes from the company doing the work. Ask your pro about both when they quote the job.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Contact your pro directly using the information in your Work Order email, or call us at 1.888.603.1343.
